Sessions expand from 50-70 minutes to allow time for an art making experience as indicated. All high quality art supplies are provided. All persons are given as much guidance to successfully use art materials as is wanted. Most individuals who engage in Art Therapy have no special art ability, yet soon are enjoying very much this form of self expression, common to all children and easily reawakened in the adult.
